If you ordered the bag, your
pendant ships with your bag as part of the complete Chapter One experience. If purchased separately, pendants ship within 3-4 weeks, with the possibility of earlier fulfillment.

United States only. International shipping will be considered for future

Each Pocket Watcher™ tote is individually inspected before it leaves our hands. As a limited edition piece, once a chapter closes, it will not be restocked or reproduced.

Due to the exclusive nature of this release, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, preference, or expectation.

If your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Once reviewed, we will make it right.

We reserve the right to determine whether an issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect.

Claims made outside of the 48-hour window will not be accepted.
